At any one time Town Planning Strategies is involved in the management of numerous statutory and strategic planning projects. Our principal planner, Marcus Brooks, has over 20 years professional experience in the development industry. His skills range from preparing and lodging development applications, advising clients as to the potential yield achievable on development sites, and providing planning advice to solicitors for matters before the Queensland or New South Wales planning courts.
Of particular note is our expertise in town planning matters throughout South East Queensland.
Our experience enables us to act as project town planners and project managers to oversee the input from the entire project team associated our clients’ development applications. This work involves liaising with local and State government authorities most notably the Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Ipswich City Council, Gold Coast City Council and Logan City Council. We coordinate the input from surveyors, architects, engineers and other consultants.
